PRESWEB is a product for the collection in real time and the
management of presence/absence data of the personnel of
Corporations and/or Enterprises. It easily adapts to the
managerial requirements of the Personnel Management Offices
with reference to both the number of Employees and the
most different types of contract through suitable parameter
configurations.
PRESWEB, evolution of PRES2000, works in
the Windows environment in the INTRANET operational mode,
both on PCs interconnected through LAN and on geographical
WAN networks.
The programs are of the Win-CGI type. After
having elaborated the request, the program produces a page
of HTML code that it returns to the Web Station to be visualized.
TThe
system Web Client Stations (normal PCs connected through
Intranet and possibly shared with other applications) allow
the operators to also access the PRESWEB functionalities
from positions remote with reference to the Web server through
the use of Internet EXPLORER.
PRESWEB can operate
in two separate modes:
• with separated Web Server
and Database Server
• with a single Server for both Web and
Database

• Multi-company product: it manages
more than one Enterprise with different work contracts and
guarantees the complete logical separation of the environments;

Management of the user profile with possibility to assign
to each single user a profile that can be defined by the
Productadministrator, who establishes the relevant level
of authorization to the use of the different PRESWEBfunctionalities
and to the management of only the associated employees;

Data security: information are accessible only to the authorized
users. The assigned profile allows to access only specific
functions of the Product;

format of the employee data (assigned daily schedule, presencetimes,
possible assigned justifications);

entry (company, department, justifications, schedules) through
aguided selection among the possible alternatives;

TimeManagement of the in centesimal or hexadecimal metrics;

Historical filing of the data of each employee through recording
of the dates of variation of the information;
• During daily
management, memorization of the information concerningthe
user that has effected the variation and of thedate thereof;
• On-line guide of all the essential
instructions for an easier and rapid use of the functions
(Help).
